After more than 30 years as a founder-owned business, we are thrilled to partner with PAL to bring about our next chapter of continued success. This partnership will provide our team and our customers with even greater resources to serve those who have trusted and relied upon us for decades.
Going forward, our name and brand will remain in place as the largest operating company under the PAL umbrella, while gaining access to all the resources PAL has to offer. We will continue to operate as Hansen & Adkins (H&A) in the United States and as MCL McGill in Canada. Steve Hansen and Louie Adkins, our founders, will work to ensure a successful integration and transition for the H&A team.
Together as one team, we can offer greater capacity, enhanced network flexibility, and the operational expertise to deliver vehicles safely, reliably, and efficiently, while building an industry-leading company where the best drivers and transportation professionals want to work, grow, and build their careers. The transaction is expected to close in mid-August 2026.
